The Joint Commission Sets Up Wiki Site

The Joint Commission is interested in the topic of hospitals implementing 100% tobacco-free campus wide policies. To further the understanding of this initiative nationally, they have created a Wiki on-line area. People are encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences specific to hospitals going tobacco-free campus wide and concerning hospitals establishing tobacco cessation programs on-site.

To see and participate in the exploration of these topics, you must -

1. Register - it doesn't cost anything.

2. In your confirmation of registration, you will get an email indicating access to the Wiki site (put in real name).

3. You will see on the right-hand  side "......",

4. Click on this and it will give you access to either the place where the policy initiative or hospital-based tobacco cessation efforts are being explored.
